Recipe:

Juniper forward gin, Beefeater is fine, jigger
Quality dry vermouth, I like Noilly Prat, jigger
Luxardo cherry liqueur, 1/4 to 1/2 shot depending on how sweet you like it (start w a 1/4)
Peychaud's bitters, 6 strong shakes (yeah, sounds like a lot, but try it)
Shaken over ice and served up

Credit where credit is due, got this from Ritz Carlton in Scottsdale, AZ

Cheers!

From a small outfit in Sonoma with a tasting room in Geyserville. There is so much consolidation going on in the wine industry that it all begins to taste the same. It’s important to seek out and support small producers like this. Their name is Bannister. Order some.

Scottish Breakfast Tea first thing in the morning, LG Tips all day, green tea last cup before bed

This was my second day of quitting coffee, and I couldn't do it without tea. Loving the L-theanine.
