I always think of tabbies as those with gray and brown stripes. Is it the striping regardless of color that makes a cat a tabby? I‘ve had orange striped cats in the past. Now I have one with swirls on his sides and stripes on his tail, legs and head and one half orange and half white, with stripes on the orange parts. I’m all shook up now so off to do some research…
