Good news - foreclosure moved to April 29
That really takes a big weight off of mom and me. There’s already a lot of stress with the money and her health issues. Now we can see if we get the price we need for the house when the weather improves. Convinced the bank (actually a credit union) on our own without legal action. We’ve done so much legal action and frankly it was getting hard to get a lawyer to take our case again. Just wanted to share good news.
