I have a roommate now who walks out out of the room when

I put any liberal show. Just now they were talking about all the lawyers that quit because Pamby Bomby refuses to investigate the guy who killed Ms Good

I can’t stand this. I want to tell her to leave but she is helping with cleaning ect

I think I’m going to turn on the news every time she comes over to my side (she stays in the mother-in-law side of my house).

She says nothing. She just walks out. Any ideas of what I should do? I could get somebody else it’s not like I don’t have the money because I do.

I'm not understanding the problem her leaving the room is creating for you, such that you feel something needs to be done, but I'm daft at times?

And listen to liberal podcasts!

I think it's good to make her feel uncomfortable. She should feel uncomfortable.

She needs to hear what's really going on. I say UP the volume. I'm sick of people living in their bubbles. Make her miserable.

No need to get weird, maybe they just can't deal with it and leave to be out of range. Let them have space. Maybe talk at some point, not near the news machine, when you can calmly ask why they do it. You might be surprised by their answer.

You will live in a better environment by just being kind to everyone. Why add to any stress in your house?
