Not those "freshmaker" ones. Earlier.
I seem to remember one taking place in some kind of candy company boardroom, with stodgy men sitting around a table, when one of them suggests making chewy mints.
The chairman, who I believe is British, scoffs, "Chewy mints?!? Mints were meant to be like this. Rock 'ard!" He then pounds one on the table with a hammer, breaking the table.
I've done some basic googling with no success.
Ring a bell for anyone?

I was focused on "rock hard" and "Mentos," and I kept getting nothing but Mentos commercials and fake Mentos commercials.
