3-24-16 The Birth of Dorothy Height in 2:00 (last time my 2:00 posts will be in this S-P Group)

Because of a complaint today about me doing multiple posts on the same subject in different forums and groups, my 2:00 posts are going to a entirely different place from now on. Labor History in 2:00 will now be here: http://jackpineradicals.org/forumdisplay.php?39-The-Wizard-Room

Several catch up posts will be there in the next hour.

On this day in Labor History the year was 1912. That was the birthday of Dorothy Height, a Civil Rights leader and a champion for black women domestic workers. Domestic workers had largely been left out of the labor protections passed as part of the New Deal.
