and there was a Peanuts cartoon saying that Dylan was turning 30 and saying "That's depressing."

So hard to believe now that 30 sounded sooo old

I was 18 and pretty much followed that advice.

Edit - I looked it up...it was Jack Weinberg in 1964 in Berkeley.
