...with a song by Guess Who.
I think there are maybe 3 songs by them I don't care about.
The rest are superb.
I do Undun at open mic nights on 12 string. The chords on that are so cool.

…which were inspired by a jazz guitarist (IIRC, can’t remember who it was). One of the band members saw him performing and borrowed some of his harmonic ideas for “Undun”. The song definitely comes off much more like a standard than the usual pop songs of the time.

This song by BTO really shows off Randy's jazz guitar background.

to classic rock, either - though I love the classics you've posted in the OP and the 1st reply.

I wish we didn't have to watch out now for anything as phony and unethical as AI music, which is so harmful to real musicians.

I wish there wasn't so much AI music out already (44% of new uploads according to Deezer) that I sometimes hope a track/artist I'm unfamiliar with and check out on YouTube is at least a few years old so I won't have to worry if it's AI.

But there are still new artists, real artists, making real music. I just ran across another fairly young band I hadn't heard of before, and that as far as I can tell hasn't been posted here before, and I'll be posting about them in a few minutes.

My Canadian husband insisted. I insisted on Shakira. Win-win.
