Your phrasing is similar & the melody reminds me of Berlin period stuff.
The production is very good. The guitar tone sounds good, but a little too 70s for my taste. Not a criticism; merely an observation.
Backing vocals are good & excellently placed.
Very good job.

I've started recording the guitars direct using my SY-1000 guitar synth. No mics except for the voice.
