(4,813 posts)Had them once in Santa Fe. They’re not something I can buy.
CaliforniaPeggy
(154,801 posts)Never bought or eaten them. But they're fascinating to photograph!

(1,051 posts)I love them all, but have to ask: what's in the first one? Please forgive my ignorance.

(154,801 posts)No need for forgiveness! It's an exotic sculpture up in the corner of the library's ceiling. It's meant to represent Kelp!
I think it's quite lovely.

(21,372 posts)It's very cool, and it does capture the feeling of kelp strands undulating in the water!

(21,372 posts)I love the variety here. So many beautiful, colorful flowers and yummy baked goods. And those clumps of tiny mushrooms are fascinating. I've never seen mushrooms like those before, and It took me a sec to figure out what I was looking at. The shapes and textures in that photo are really fun to look at.
I don't always comment on your farmer's market photos, but I always enjoy them, and this was one of my favorite batches yet.

(154,801 posts)I am lucky! There are several farmer's markets nearby, but I only go to two of them. This one is essential to my shopping needs!
