Antalya, Turkiye

I’ve been pretty absent here because, well, life. But I spent a few weeks in Türkiye over Christmas and New Years. Antalya is a fabulous and old city on the Mediterranean coast

As it’s winter and the mountain roads aren’t safe. But someday I’ll go back and explore some more.
Next stop, however, is either Egypt or Vietnam (at least for big trips).

They’re everywhere and mostly well cared for from the looks of it. I love cats, but am unfortunately rather allergic.
The dog, ah she broke my heart. I’m fairly certain she belonged to one of the security guys from the hotel next door. But I wanted to bring her home. She was so mellow.
I really loved Türkiye. The people are lovely, the food is amazing, and everywhere you look is something very ancient.
