The Shasta County races for elections chief and supervisor District 1 and District 5 saw little change from where they stood after the release of new vote totals on Sunday, June 7.
Redding Councilwoman Erin Resner, who is challenging Supervisor Kevin Crye maintained her lead for the District 1 seat, while Anderson Councilman Mike Gallagher, who is challenging Supervisor and Board Chair Chris Kelstrom, also was ahead in the District 5 race.

The results from the Shasta County Elections Office showed workers processed 6,985 ballots since their previous report on June 6. Officials estimated the number of ballots that would be processed in their next update at 4,669.
