Another divide between classes

I know there are different charts online, but exactly what is middle-class now? Some of Champlain's condos were listed for sale at $600,000 and the monthly condo fee was $920 and that doesn't include taxes or Insurance on a condo itself.

Another increasingly strict social class divide in this country.

Anyone who lived anywhere near an ocean - but isn't rich - has been steadily pushed inland.
