Scroll down to look at the Medicaid Expansion paid at 100% until 2020, then at 90%. Right now Louisiana taxpayers are paying 100% of the cost.
MoveOn.org has a web page with rotating billboards for other states where the governors are not expanding Medicaid.

is exactly the intent of the 1st Amendment - not the tens of millions of dollars the Kochs are investing in order to buy our government.
