Benton County looks to April election after certification of February's special election
BENTON COUNTY, Wash. — The February special election is officially certified in Benton County.
County Auditor Brenda Chilton said certification was completed Friday morning, February 20th. With all measures on the ballot finalized.
All levies in Benton County’s February election passed. Voter turnout was just over 30%, which she said is similar to previous special election cycles.
The Benton County Elections Center is now preparing for the April special election.
