How to disable DU popup updates in Firefox

These are on a Win 11 computer as soon as I boot Firefox. Never had these before. They load from the right side of the screen, 3 at a time.

1. click on the icon bottom right of your bar looking like a chat bubble to get to the notification panel

then top right of it, click manage notifications and you get a page with lists of things that are producing notifications. You will either see DU explicitly or the browser (firefox). turn that notification off.
