How many are open seats? How many incumbents? What's the overall picture look like? Does "most likely" mean "more likely than other races" or "better than 50% chance?"

More questions than answers here, I'm afraid.

The only Democratic held US Senate seat up for re-election in 2022 that is likely going to be open is VT(Leahy-D). VT will remain in the Democratic column if Leahy were to retire.
On the Republican side, The open seats that Democrats are likely to win are-
PA(OPEN-Toomey-R)Fetterman-D
Democrats will win WI(Johnson-R or OPEN)Barnes-D or Godlewski-D
NC(OPEN-Burr-R) if it is a Democratic wave.
