Shirtless man spotted driving motorcycle with bare feet.

I think you can guess what state this happened in too.

While driving on southbound 95 near Jacksonville on Saturday, a woman and her son spotted a man reclining on his bike, steering with his bare feet, looking completely calm and relaxed. The man wore neither a shirt not a helmet (as per Florida law, helmets are not required for people who carry at least $10,000 in medical insurance coverage).

Despite pulling this dangerous stunt, at least he wasn’t texting.

St. Petersburg attorney Heath C. Murphy of the Jones Law Group said the as yet unidentified biker could have been in a heap of trouble had a cop spotted him.

At one point I wanted to be an ER doc, like my brother-in-law. He had me observe in the ER for a few weeks to see if I really wanted to commit to medical school and residency, etc.

One night we had a bad motorcycle crash enter the ER, two victims... the driver on the motorcycle (who wrapped his bike around a street light pole) and his passenger.

He wore a helmet...but since he was giving her a ride home from a party... she didn't have a helmet. He "walked" away with bruises, a broken arm, cracked ribs...

She died at the ER from a massive head contusion.

She was 18.

I don't think he faced any liability for this as helmets were not required at that time. I hope it haunted him for the rest of his life.

ride without a helmet.

Heck, wearing a helmet while riding a bicycle is a Very Good Idea.

and anyone that goes with me has to do the same.

Lawn mowers are still "no helmet needed" and is the occasional golf cart ride. LOL

i've only seen him on clear days and he looks to see no car (or cop) is particularly close, then he does a wheelie.
this is on my commute home, so plenty of traffic, he just feels the need for a couple car lengths distance....

shirt, but no helmet.

can’t happen. Also bikes are top heavy. One slight lean to either side and he goes over. There is no way he can lean into a curve.

I don’t buy that video. I have been riding for over 30 years.
