- so those of us, including myself, who missed it in real time, can still see the talk.
would be fun to watch the audience. . .in the Diplomat of the Year ceremony, it was so obvious that Sec. Kerry has such deep respect among the diplomatic community. .

...during the GOP debate window and again at 2:35am Pacific time. Not likely seen by a large viewing audience. 😉 Sometimes they replay them during the weekend.
I agree it would be interesting to see the in-house audience reaction. I would guess it would mixed.
He was explaining his view of using all tools...diplomatic as well as military...to deal with ISIS, including the hope that Russia might assist in a political solution with Assad in Syria.
He clearly prefers the more peaceful solutions to Middle East crises, but he also understands US military power as a tool when necessary.
This was another great speech by our SOS.🇺🇸
