"Peace" by blackout: Russia's winter strategy explained - Break the Fake - TVP WORLD



Russia once again used the UN Security Council not as a stage for diplomacy, but for ultimatums.

Following a massive attack on Ukraine, Moscow delivered its message clearly: the war will continue until Ukraine accepts Russia's terms. At an emergency UN meeting requested by Ukraine, Russia's representative Vasily Nebenzya declared that so-called "peace" would only come if Kyiv agreed to what Moscow calls "realistic conditions." In plain terms, that means missile strikes, blackouts, and winter cold as negotiating tools.
