Russian strikes kill at least 22 just hours ahead of ceasefire - Ukraine Brief - TVP WORLD
Russian attacks killed at least 22 people across Ukraine on Tuesday, just ahead of rival unilateral ceasefire proposals from Moscow and Kyiv. The deadliest strikes hit Kramatorsk and Zaporizhzhia, where Russian forces dropped aerial bombs during the busiest time of the day, killing at least 17 people just hours before Zelenskyy proposed an open-ended ceasefire.
At the same time, Ukraine continues long-range strikes on Russian military and oil infrastructure, hitting a military plant in Cheboksary, around 1,000 km from the border, and an oil refinery near St. Petersburg.
