Two strangers (Dylan O'Brien, James Sweeney) meet at a grief counseling group for people who have lost their twins, and they quickly develop an unlikely friendship. That's a pretty interesting premise all by itself but there's a twist that turns matters tense and cringe-inducing. Fortunately, this is a comedy, a very funny one, and a well-observed rumination on male friendship, personal identity, and the madness that accompanies the loss of a loved one. This is one of those small gems that will have you thinking about it long afterward.
