Sometimes I forget that ..."Today is a Wonderful Day"

Each day is a .......Wonderful Day.

I have overcome many medical problems. (cancer and heart disease to name two) ..I have mental issues like depression
and addiction to sugar, and other issues. I am lucky to have a friend who is a "significant other." She has a couple of
dogs that I love and a son that I enjoy being around. So much to be grateful for. Right now, I have good health and
can climb up the stairs with no problem. I have enough money to live on, and many friends who I enjoy being around.
I am retired and my pension is enough to live on. (teacher's pension fund) Each day is a holiday for me. Yes, I still
have depression and other issues, but when I see things clearly, and without those dark glasses on, I know that
each day is a gift for me. And.........So is Democratic Underground...a wonderful gift for me.
