I'm on Wegovy. I ate 3 hours ago and I feel bloated.

I guess I should not eat again (I usually eat dinner late). This has not happened before this full feeling.

I’m on Mounjaro and the gastro symptoms (for me) improved after the first couple weeks except for constipation. Pepcid AC helps.
Lost over 70 lb in a year and my A1c and sugars are well within normal now.

The gastro symptoms can be unpredictable. My daughter is on Zepbound and hers are much worse than mine. Perhaps it’s what you ate.
