I have a Margarita raw pizza. It is supposed to be cooked

from frozen for 12 - 15 minutes. How long do I cook it if it is unfrozen? The dough is completely uncooked.

Leave it in a little longer if it doesn't look cooked enough.

... want to cook it at a higher temperature for a shorter time.

Also, if you have a pizza stone, or good substitute for one, use that.
