Hat Tip to Netflix for Their "Chef's Table" Series

We have watched probably a dozen episodes now, from Seasons One and Two. It is wonderfully instructive, even though the subtitles are not handled well for my vision - too small and fast, often on a low-contrast background.

But the exposure to different cultures and cuisines is fabulous. Great cinematography (the openings are a bit too high-tempo and aggravato!) and wonderful balance between the food sourcing and preparation.

It's great to have some backstory on the struggles many of these chefs had to finally conclude that this might be a career path, sufficiently so to sustain the blows opening a restaurant can include.

Highly recommended!
