4. Black coffee ☕, and a toasted blueberry bagel with cream cheese.

Cold here, it's 11 degrees outside. I threw a few logs of seasoned black cherry in the fireplace insert, and have a nice warm fire going. Looking forward to Spring 🌱.

5. Mine is sore too

I think it is because I was mouth breathing while asleep last night. Having nasal congestion plus the dry winter air is a problem for me. I'm going to try a spray to moisten my sinuses.

It is very quiet here this morning with no traffic or barking dogs. A light rain and occasional snow flake is happening now. I am not expecting much of an entertaining sunrise with this weather

Ducky got up when I did and made a circle around the kitchen looking for manna from heaven but found none. He's now decided to curl up on a chair and snooze. TJ will be home in a couple of hours and he'll perk up.

Coffee is brewing and I'll decide about food later.

7. blackberry sauce

over a toasted waffle.

I make the sauce with fresh blackberries, a few T of lemon juice, water, and agave.

Toasted walnuts over the top.

A few strips of turkey bacon.

We are getting snow/rain all day long, says the weather report.
