(55,562 posts)2. top British chefs have now been world class my entire life (I was born in Los Angeles in late 1996, grew up in London)
Unfortunatelly the post-Covid, post-Brexit environments have been been a wee bit brutal on the higher end of Brit restos and tbf, all over the western world, in many places.
