Or else it is a message to include people food in their feedings.
But I think that, since the kittens are a bit young to hunt down a mouse or mole to gift you with, they chose something that is easier for them to get.

One of mine brought a huge rat home once. It was still alive and he played it to death in front of us. Now I KNOW he never saw us eat a rat! When we didnt move to take it, he went ahead and ate it.

But I had to clean up the nasties left behind.

Toby the Cat feeds us. It might be a mouse, a chipmunk or a bird. There is almost always something.

After that, my cat brought his gifts to our nextdoor neighbors. We never got another one from him.

(603 posts)While she was on the telephone. The person on the other end would have called the cops, but there was no way to disconnect the call. She sounded like she was being murdered.
The mouse escaped to the top of the curtains and sat on the rod for a long time. Eventually, somebody knocked it into a tall container and took it outside. Ton O'Buns was very disappointed in all of us.
