Gryff has a new and very appropriate place to call his own

2. I'm going to cover it in clear contact paper so that it holds up.

Then I'll make a pillow to put in the bottom.

I have a red one in the garage that I'll fix up, too. Merlin will be needed it, sooner rather than later.

6. My niece bought him some bat wings. He's not too fond of them.

However, for the few minutes he wore them, he was QUITE impressive looking.

I'm going to work on getting him more comfortable wearing them so that HOPEFULLY I can get a photo. Next year Merlin can wear them. Meanwhile I'm working on making a little wizard hat for him.

After his new digs are spiffed up he'll get into the wing vibe. There's an image for him to look at after all.

Maybe Merlin will get into it.

8. Have you tried Dragon's Milk, or do you just have the box?

I tried it a few times back when I used to drink. It's very strong for beer. One or two and you'll be feeling no pain. Gryff looks right at home there too!

9. I actually took a tour of the New Holland brewery/distillery

A friend of mine is an author and she mentioned Dragon's Milk in one of her books. New Holland found out and when she was in Michigan for an author's gathering, they invited her to see the place and we left with quite a collection.

I'm not a big stout drinker (prefer ale) but I do love some of the New Holland spirits - particularly the Navy Strength Gin.

10. Nice! I got to go to the Sam Adams test brewery in MA years ago.

I really enjoyed Dragon's Milk from when I first discovered it. You can pick it up in the grocery stores down here in South Florida.
