Another night of waking up to Carys cuddles

This time she was well settled in and had no intention of getting out of the bed, which means I not only gave her pets and scritches, but I also gave her kisses! I've never seen her look so content.

Of course, she' now out and about, probably hiding from the boys because they are in FULL wrestle mode.

I wonder how long she will continue this sweet behavior.

Don’t blame her on the wrestling, it is too much to handle.

I hope it lasts forever. It took a while, but with your love and patience, she is starting to come out of her shell.

I think I mentioned before that my Holly was absolutely terrified of me for the longest time; now she's my sweet little buddy. She'll never be a lapcat, but she does love to sit next to me and get pets and scritches. Which I thought would never happen in a million years.

If she still prefers to stay out of the way when the boys are scuffling, that's understandable. Hopefully things will settle down once Merlin is out of his current rambunctious stage, and she will feel less of a need to hide at all. Fingers crossed!
