She suggests exchanging "I think" with equally boring and trite phrases like "I'm not going to lie" and "In all honesty". None of those are necessary, just get to the point.

"I think Trump is the most corrupt President in history."
"I'm not going to lie, Trump is the most corrupt President in history."
"In all honesty, Trump is the most corrupt President in history."

Just say, "Trump is the most corrupt President in history".

I think many people would assume that any statement that follows is almost certainly a lie.

It's up there with "some people say".
