I learned something new today....

"ええ ee (ehh sound) is a more colloquial but still polite way of saying "yes" and also carries a somewhat feminine connotation. うん un is a colloquial way of saying "yes" and is closer to the English word "yeah".

I still love learning more nihongo! by they way, I love using the DUOLINGO app. Its great for learning a new language.

I will have to check out the Duolingo app. I keep imagining that someday I will re-visit my high school language choice, French. I enjoyed it many years ago.
