Related: About this forumSomewhere in this country at a VAMC,
an old veteran broke his foot so he went to VAMC for treatment and couldn't get out of his car. He phone the hospital for some assistance to get into the hospital. He was told VAMC could not get him out of his car and to call the fire dept. Fire dept responded and assisted him out of his car at VAMC and into ER for assistance. WTF!

and something catastrophic happens. It has to do with turf wars and insurance.

part? I do not understand this ridiculousness.

If you're way out in the parking lot, no.
