I lost my best friend today, 6 years ago, to breast cancer

For the last 6 years I have been able to mourn this day, without worrying about how our President has threatened to invade Mexico and hung up on the Australian PM in 24 hrs. Today, as I mourn for the loss of Debooh, I also worry about the existential threat we are under with a president who does not care about having allies in the world. I'd rather just be able to mourn.

I thank Obama for never deliberating creating a situation that makes me so anxious that I cannot concentrate on my own problems or sorrow.
