Anyone vacationed in Greece?

I’m looking at my wife and me spending a couple weeks there in May. I’ve found resorts I like on Kos, Rhodes, and Crete. Have any of you been to any of these? Would you recommend?

I’m looking for an all-inclusive on the beach. I’ve found resorts on each, but given how much we will be spending, I’d like to hear from someone who’s at least been there.
