in a wok at the end of a stir fry with oyster sauce and it is delicious. Have not done that in decades. I no longer have a wok. No room for it in my kitchen.

But you don't 'cook' with it straight, flavor is too strong and smoke point too low. Instead you add a dab to the regular oil you're using for the cooking.
I LOVE 'hot' Sesame Oil, usually the best ones are Japanese in my experience. The Kadoya brand is a definite favorite.
Edit: Lol I just decided to watch the video ... probably thought I watched it first based on my comments, but I actually didn't

Sesame oil, soy sauce, maybe some orange juice, scallions, ginger = yummo.
