Stop with the blinking tabs!!!

Please, please make notifications solid yellow, no blinking tabs. I want to know when I have replies to my posts, or new posts in subscribed forums, but don’t want to have to click the tab to get it to stop blinking…

The code for the animated buttons is still present, but all the tabs should now only show solid yellow when active. However, I must have overlooked something. I've asked Elad to make a change to see if we can resolve this, so hopefully you will not have to wait too long and your active tabs will revert to solid yellow shortly.
