(63,087 posts)But works in chrome.
All torn up and truncated in safari.
None of the fixes work.

(26,493 posts)Have you tried the trick above with refreshing the files?

Irish_Dem
(63,087 posts)Maybe I don't know what it means to refresh files.
Exactly how do I do that?
Lithos
(26,493 posts)Command + R: Reloads the current page.
Command + Shift + R: Reloads the current page and ignores cached data.
Try the last one.
Irish_Dem
(63,087 posts)Just tried it again with no luck.
Assume you are using OSx - if so, what version and what platform (x64 or Mx)? Or is this on your phone and/or iPad?
Irish_Dem
(63,087 posts)Does this answer your question?
I don't know what a x64 or mx are.

(26,493 posts)15.6.1 is a Safari update that was meant for older OS versions (ex: Big Sur or Catalina). This leads me to think you are running one of those. I am also guessing you are running an Intel based laptop and not one of the newer M1, M2, or M3 chips. 15.6.1 was released over a year ago (Aug 2022 time frame).
You can confirm the hardware version, OS version and the Chipset by clicking the Apple on the menu bar and then "About This Mac" - a simple window will open up.
Mine says:
MacBook pro 16 inch 2021
Chip: Apple M1 Pro
Serial Number:
macOS: Sonoma 14.2 (which means I'm one small patch behind).
I would defer to EarlG to what version of Safari is supported, but I will say that you might try and upgrade to a newer version of macOS if your laptop will support it.
Irish_Dem
(63,087 posts)It says I can upgrade to a Sonoma 14.2.1
Lithos
(26,493 posts)Have you opened up a "private" window and see if that works? If so, then it's some sort of residual issue - cache, cookies, etc. which are impacting things.
Do you have an ad-blocker or some sort of firewall/proxy in place? If so, then that might be impacting how things get loaded.
Are you up to date in your patches and software components?
Irish_Dem
(63,087 posts)So does that mean I need to clear cache?
Yes it looks like I am up to date.
Lithos
(26,493 posts)Maybe clear your cache?
