Why the Supreme Court ruled against Trump's tariffs - PBS NewsHour
The Supreme Court struck down most of Trump's tariffs in a blow to his agenda. In a 6-3 decision, the court ruled that he did not have the authority under an economic emergency law to issue such levies.
