California Is Beating Trump in Court -- Big Time
While Donald Trump and his allies try to reshape policy through executive power, Democrats — led by California — are winning where it matters most: in court.
According to recent reporting, California has filed 52 lawsuits against the Trump administration this year alone. And in the cases already resolved, the state says it has won roughly 80% of them.
