Popok briefs on the second suit filed against the Trump $1.776 billion "settlement" fund, this time by a former Assistant US Attorney who was fired for prosecuting Jan6rs, an abortion rights group, a city, and a pro democracy public interest group, which turns the tables on Trump and his DOJ by claiming that their Constitutional rights have been violated by NOT being able to apply for reimbursement for being victimized by TRUMP's weaponization.

2. POC, Women... and all of us who are suffering

PTSD because of trump... we should ALL be granted rights to that pot of money. Not only is it ours to begin with, but no other groups have suffered as much as we have, IMO. Let all the lawsuits begin... I can think of nothing that would act faster to get that "law" repressed and then killed than to have it overwhelmed with everyone who has grievances against the government, in one form or another. The fact they can't come right out and state that the law is only for R's who break the law and then are prosecuted for illegal activity, means a whole new mess of lawsuits on the discrimination basis. trump would blow these off... but I don't think the courts will be as quick to dismiss them. trump just opened up a can of worms with this one, I hope!
