When a headline from this content creator asks a provocative (or click-bait-y) question... the answer to said question is always "NO!"

Ugh.

It was a close vote for a position that is usually selected based on seniority. If anything, AOC nearly "blocked" the person who was long expected to take the role.

Think. Again.

Corporate kow-towing is one of the biggest complaints against the Democratic party's "elite", and exactly why we should be looking toward new, younger leadership.

I totally agree with the corporate kow-towing part. However, there are plenty of young from both parties willing to go along with corporate interests over the public. Some older democrats will still place the interests of the public over corporate and wealthy interests.

Think. Again.

Congressmen (people) had every opportunity to cast their vote for AOC - and many of them did. And, in fact - way too many of them for this to be characterized as anything like a 'party' move. The 'progressive' wing lost another (democratic) vote - and that is the sum total of what happened here. Stop making your boo-hoos and your disappointment - into 'persecution'. It's nothing of the sort. And it's tiresome.
