The Supreme Court is unlikely to bail out Trump and save him from E. Jean Carroll’s two judgments totaling almost $100 million dollars for sex assault, defamation and punitive damages, as they have sat on the sidelines and not taken up his appeal of the Second Circuit’s immunity decision last December.
