Real Time with Bill Maher (HBO) - 1/31/25

I apologize that there are so few "official" videos available, this practice by HBO appears to have started last season. If any are uploaded in the meantime, I'll definitely add them. But I wanted to share what's available before the "bootleg" videos are gone.

Monologue: Blame Game

Bill reacts to the tragic plane crash in Washington D.C. and the political finger-pointing that followed.

New Rule: Everything Is Broken

If we ever want this nation to be not broken, both sides have to admit what they suck at.

Overtime: Peggy Noonan, Dan Jones, Max Brooks

Bill and his guests continue their conversation after the show.

Here's a "bootleg" version of the show which includes the entire interview with Peggy Noonan, Pulitzer Prize-winning columnist at The Wall Street Journal, former special assistant and speechwriter for President Ronald Reagan, and author of A Certain Idea of America: Selected Writings; entire panel discussion with Max Brooks, fellow at the Modern War Institute at West Point, author, and host of YouTube’s Max Brooks Breaks Down; and Dan Jones, British historian, TV presenter, journalist, and author of Henry V – The Astonishing Rise of England’s Greatest Warrior King; Bill's "Funny Bit"; and the opening part of New Rules. It won't last long, as usual:

And I always like Max Brooks, wish they included more from him. And I like the Bob Dylan song, too - very appropriate now,
