Brian interviews Norm Eisen about his lawsuit against Elon Musk and Doge.
Norm Eisen, director of State Democracy Defenders Fund, together with Public Citizen (a progressive public advocacy group), labor unions, and retiree organizations have filed multiple lawsuits seeking a halt to Musk's and DOGE's unconstitutional intrusion into the Treasury Dept.'s computer systems. Eisen states that there are many such lawsuits in the works and sees "promising" signs the courts will move swiftly to intervene.

(107,889 posts)6. I dare you to find one time when I have posted a video without context, comment, opinion. But, thank you.
That is helpful. I got the gist of the news in 10 seconds. I don't believe I need to watch the whole thing at this point. I hope they are correct that courts are eager to step in. They should be. If they let this go, the courts are the next on the chopping block.

I was wondering who was filing lawsuits asap in response to this gov't coup. Good to know.
