1. There are enough reasons for a second civil war.

Another War to gain independence from internal manipulative Dictators.

There are enough guns and ammo in the country to make it a serious blood bath.

Question is though, which side would the police force, militia and defense forces be on?
Would they be as fragmented as the general population - one third on one side, one third on the other, and one third staying home?

2. Good question, though right now this country is as divided since any time since the Civil War

One side (ours) wants to retain our 249-year-old democracy, the other side is inexplicably loyal to a would-be dictator.
