5. I'm looking forward to memoir too. I suspect Biden let him know, if only by not criticizing/firing him.

I don’t think Biden was keen on prosecuting trump. Although, I’m sure he like all of us did a little dance when trump got charged, tried, convened, paid civil judgments, etc.
