That's the disturbing aspect of Trump presidencies. 
When he won in 2016, I actually thought he might try to be a presidential President, which was of course, a pipe dream. His narcissistic personality disorder, coupled with low IQ, precludes any sensible actions on his part, certainly any notions of presidential capacity.
And now, he brings in people like Musk, to advise him on leading the country, with their own personality disorders that are counter to presidential leadership. Add to that, a Cabinet comprised of election deniers seeking political revenge...
Biden's forecast of a coming oligarchy (or worse), looks to be a realistic prophecy.
