2. Pundits are reacting like we live in the 1970s

And there are tons of independent newspapers, where most people get their news. That network TV is essentially fair or balanced.

The reality is the Republicans lost the 2018, 2020, and 2022 election cycle and didn’t change at all. They simply marched on and allowed the slow domination of the news and reality take affect. Most Americans live in a post-truth era where they voted for a mythical Trump and mythical GOP policies that have mythically worked in the past.

The democrats don't control any major news outlet; the radio, papers, TV, and worse social media. The democrats have no ability to get information to rural America and they can only count on education and big cities so much. Eventually, you have to be able to get your message out, and control your message. Forget what the message is, the thing pundits think mattered. The democratic message these days is what the GOP controlled media tells Americans it is. That's the fucking problem.
